Common questions

How far in advance should I order?
For holiday season (November–December), we recommend 4–6 weeks lead time. Outside peak season, 2 weeks is typically sufficient. Bespoke orders with custom branding require at least 3 weeks.
Can you ship nationwide?
Yes. We ship to all 50 states for non-alcohol items. For gifts including wine or spirits, we can ship to most states where direct-to-consumer wine shipping is permitted. Your coordinator will advise on any restrictions.
What if some recipients don't drink?
Easily accommodated. We can substitute the bottle for an upgraded snack assortment, specialty non-alcoholic beverage, or premium olive oil — at no change in price.
Can you handle dietary restrictions?
Yes — gluten-free, vegan, nut-free, and kosher options are all available. Just include a note in your quote request and we'll configure the assortment accordingly.
What's the payment process?
We send a formal quote after your request. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your order, with the balance due before shipping. We accept ACH, check, and all major credit cards.
